Tell me about your business

The free discovery call

Tell me about your business.

That is the whole agenda. You talk. Rae listens. And you leave with a clear read on where your money stands and what to do next.

No pressure. No homework. No judgment.

Who this call is for

For the person carrying the money side alone.

You are a REALTOR® or you run a brokerage. The work is good. The income is real. And the money side still weighs more than it should.

  • The feast and famine swing.

Strong months quietly pay for the slow ones, and the swing never lets you settle.

  • The quiet money shame.

Not opening the reports. Not saying the numbers out loud. Feeling like someone this far in should have it figured out by now.

  • The tax-time guess.

Setting aside what feels right, hoping it is enough, and bracing every spring.

This call is where that pattern starts to end.

What we'll talk about

The call covers four things.

Nothing to prepare. Rae asks calm questions, you answer honestly, and the picture forms.

Your current systems

How the books get done today. Software, spreadsheets, a bookkeeper, a shoebox. Every answer is workable.

Your cash-flow habits

What happens when money arrives, where it tends to go, and how the slow months feel.

Your pressure points

Taxes, debt, payroll, the thing you keep putting off. Whatever pinches most, we name it.

Your goals

What you want the business to make possible, and what calmer would look like for you.

Why Rae

Twenty years inside the business you'll be describing.

Rae Gagnon spent twenty years inside a real estate brokerage. Reception first, then conveyance, then accounting, then Financial Controller. She watched good people earn real money and still feel financially trapped, and she came to dread the 4:45 Friday call from someone who needed an advance to get through the weekend.

She founded Blue Jean so those calls could stop. Today it is an award-winning financial practice built only for real estate. When you describe your business, you will not be explaining it to an outsider. She has lived every side of it.

Reception · Conveyance · Accounting · Financial Controller · Founder

No judgment. Ever.

Whatever state they're in, your books are a safe place.

Years behind. Receipts in a bag. Numbers you would rather not say out loud. Rae has heard all of it and judged none of it. You do not tidy anything before this call. It starts wherever you are.

What happens after

  • A clear read.

You will know what is working, what is fragile, and which one or two moves matter next.

  • An open fit conversation.

If Blue Jean can help, Rae will say how, and pricing gets discussed openly. If not, she will say that too.

  • Your next step either way.

If we are not the right fit, you still leave knowing your next move. No pressure on the call. No chasing after it.

In their words

What a longtime client says.

I trust them completely with my tax and CRA responsibilities, so I can focus on what I do best, real estate. Rae makes sure you understand everything.

Fair questions

What people ask before booking.

  • My books are a mess. Should I clean them up first?

No. Come as you are. Messy books are normal here, and cleanup and catch-up are part of the work when we get there. The call starts wherever you are.

  • Is this only for big producers?

No. Readiness matters more than volume. If you want to run the business side with intention, the call is worth your time. If a once-a-year tax scramble is all you want, we are probably not your firm.

  • What does it cost?

The call is free. If it looks like a fit, Rae walks you through what working together looks like and what it costs, openly, on the call. No surprises later.

  • I'm mid-season and busy. Should I wait?

Busy season is usually when the pressure is loudest. The call is online and scheduled around your day, and there is nothing to prepare. One honest conversation now can make the rest of the season calmer.

  • Do I have to switch bookkeepers right away?

No. Booking a call changes nothing on its own. If you decide to work with Blue Jean, the transition happens carefully and on a timeline that fits your business.
